Don’t miss out on the most exciting event of the season! Registration for the Quarterfield Fun Run and Vendor Fair is still open, and there’s plenty of fun to go around!
- Class Participation Challenge: The class with the most runners will win a Hot Chocolate Bar—complete with all the toppings you can dream of! Currently, Ms. Barnette’s 3rd grade is in the lead, but Ms. Perkins, Gramil, and Pollock are right on her tail!

Don’t want to run? Still join us! We’ll have fun activities throughout the course, even for walkers — and we have 53 vendors lined up, including two food trucks. We’ll also have games and contests with prizes from free 7-11 slurpees to 2 tickets to the Science Center to a free birthday party at Benfield Sports Center!
Also, for those of you that are joining us for Wheels on Saturday, we’re passing on a couple of things from the rink:
- No gum chewing allowed by skaters or spectators anywhere in the building.
- Skaters may bring their own skates, but they must be clean with smooth wheels and no protruding or sharp parts. All personal skates are subject to inspection and rejection at Wheels’ discretion.
- Skates with a heel stop assembly must have an adequate rubber stop attached.
Also, reminder that only parents that are skating must purchase a ticket. Parents ARE allowed to be on the rink without skates to help children, and a limited number of helpers are available (free of charge).
