This is my 2nd term as QESPTA President. By day I’m a software engineer, by night I’m involved in the PTA, coach soccer in the fall, basketball in the winter, and baseball in the spring, and when my knees allow it play hockey. My boys are in 3rd and 1st grades. I’m looking forward to what this year brings!
As a Special Education Teacher Assistant at Quarterfield Elementary, I have dedicated 14 years of service to the county and am furthering my education to become a teacher. I am a devoted mother of two and enjoy quality time with my family and friends. I also look forward to traveling to visit my college-bound daughter. It is a pleasure to work at Quarterfield, where I find joy in teaching and watching each child grow. Currently, I serve as Vice President on the PTA.
I’m your new QES PTA Treasurer. My daughter is in second grade. I was the PTA Treasurer at my daughter’s former school as well. When we’re not at school, we can be found with our 15 chickens, or at the barn with our pony, Willow. We also build and race cars as a family. I’m excited to be more involved with the QES community!
I’m this year’s PTA Secretary. Active in the PTA and in the QES Community the last three years, I was happy to assist on the board this year. When I’m not volunteering or being mom to my two awesome boys, Travis (3rd grade) and Holden (1st grade), I lead Workforce Development for the Cybersecurity division of U.S. Bank. If I’m not at school, work or the soccer field, you can probably find me walking our 1.5year old Siberian Husky or finding something around the house to rearrange or reorganize.

I am your new QES Member-at-large! I have an incoming 4th grader and have served as PTA VP at Oakwood for the past two years. In my “spare” time, I also support Severn Athletic Club. I’m excited to join the team!
