Unfortunately, ticket sales and overall engagement did not reach a level that would allow the event to be successful. Based on current participation, the fundraiser would have generated only a minimal contribution to support our 5th grade activities. Given the time, resources, and volunteer effort required to host the event, it is not responsible for us to move forward under these circumstances.
