Thank you for your interest in partnering with the Quarterfield Elementary Parent-Teacher Association! The Quarterfield PTA builds relationships with area businesses to support our goal of creating an environment that ensures success for our students while providing business owners with valuable avenues to share their services with an engaged local audience.
We hold several PTA community events annually, designed to support our local community and help our students reach their full potential. These events are great opportunities to make connections with potential customers and to be involved in your local community.
As a PTA just exploring the addition of community partnerships, your company can help us by donating in-kind gifts such as items for raffle prizes. In exchange for your partnership, we have three levels of partnerships.
- Bronze – donate product of approximately $150 value per academic year (August – June)
- Silver – donate product of approximately $300 value per academic year (August – June)
- Gold – donate product of approximately $500 value per academic year (August – June)

Quarterfield Elementary PTA is a member of Free State PTA, a 501(c)(3) organization. That means that all donations are tax-deductible! Our PTA tax identification number can be provided upon request and donors will receive a receipt for tax purposes.
